The Sheraton Mobile Home Accommodation

The mobile has a separate and spacious lounge area with generous seating complete with electric living flame fire, flat screen  TV (Sky satellite free to air channels), DVD Player and and music centre.  The full length windows enjoy great views over open fields - The M25 of wildlife!

Double Glazing and Central Heating throughout.

Fully fitted kitchen / dining area (separate from the lounge) which includes a full size gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has under unit full size fridge and freezer.  Very well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses and pans.

Dining area with square oak style table and 4 chairs.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedded room - can be made into a double.

Modern Bathroom with shower and WC.

Pillows and duvets are provided.

Visitors are asked to bring their own duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. Hand towels, tea towels. kitchen roll, toilet rolls, dish cloths, washing up liquid and cleaning products are provided.

All electricity and gas is included in the cost.

Outside there is a gravelled patio area with table, chairs and umbrella. A barbecue is also available.

Garden shed for storage.

Ample parking space is available at the side of the mobile home or in the main car park.

SSmoking: Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes is not allowed in any part of the property.

One well trained dog welcome (please see Conditions of Hire for more information regarding pets).

Booking Your Accommodation:

Please check the Sheraton Availability, which is kept up to date.

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on day of departure. This is to allow sufficient time for our cleaners to prepare the accommodation properly between lets. Shorter breaks available out of season at £100/night based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Booking: A provisional booking may be made by telephone, on-line or by e-mail but must be confirmed within 7 days.

Payment: A deposit of £50 is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 3 weeks before the date of arrival.
